Co-created Scholars Circle with ChaiMitzvah.org - Scholars Circle is a virtual lecture series featuring experts on counter-terrorism, antisemitism, and more. Within 1 year the program has engaged over 2,000 attendees across nearly 30 lectures.

Built Connecticut's largest and most successful young Jewish adult program called UrbanDor.org - by engaging 400+ young Jewish professionals in Greater Hartford, the program has hosted over 30 in-person events through 4 years of community programming and averages 50 people at each event. The program is 100% volunteer-led and built through a core network of 20 community partners.

Started New England Jewish Academy's first alumni program with nearly 2k graduates - built alumni website at NejaAlumni.org, implemented the Alumni Career Spotlight Series, monthly alumni newsletters, and social media engagement.
